Casa Giulia is in Vedado district in Havana. An old colonial style house recently renovated in order to receive up to six people. Three independent rooms with private bathroom are awaiting you: Vesta, a small double room, Doria and Ottavia, standard double rooms. All rooms are simple and functional and air-conditioned. In the house there's also a lounge area with bar and a big terrace as common spaces shared with any other guests. A continental breakfast is available on request and it is served in the terrace. Casa Giulia is on the first floor so the access is by stairs. Smoking not allowed in the rooms only.
Casa Giulia está situada en el barrio del Vedado en La Habana. Una casa de estilo colonial recientemente renovada con el fin de recibir a nuestros huéspedes. Posee tres habitaciones independientes con baño privado: Vesta, una pequeña habitación doble con una cama francesa, Doria y Ottavia, habitaciones dobles estándar con cama doble.Todas las habitaciones muy acogedoras, funcionales y climatizadas. La casa posee un area común con un bar y una gran terraza para el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes. Se ofrece además un desayuno continental a petición servido en la terraza. Ropa de cama i toallas incluidas, limpieza diaria. Casa Giulia se encuentra en la primera planta accediendo a través de las escaleras. Non se permite fumar solo en las habitaciones.

About the Area
Casa Giulia is situated in Vedado, a residential district not far from the city center, the old town and the Revolution Square. The sea coast, el Malecon, is at walking distance as well as 23th street, the main street in Vedado. In the intersection between 23th street and 12th street you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, banks, markets and the transportation system. Some other restaurants lie nearby and a public WiFi connection is available in a park. The bus terminal Viazul is at 4 bus stops.
Casa Giulia está situada en el Vedado, un distrito residencial no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, el casco antiguo y la Plaza de la Revolución. El Malecón está a poca distancia a pie, así como la calle 23, la calle principal del Vedado. En la intersección entre la calle 23 y la calle 12 encontrará tiendas, restaurantes, bares, bancos, mercados y el sistema de transporte. Algunos otros restaurantes se encuentran cerca y una conexión WiFi pública está disponible en un parque. La terminal de autobuses Viazul está a 4 paradas de autobús.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
