Hello friends, my names Ramón, I'm a computer engineer. I speak English and French, and I will be happy to assist you personally in your stay at our Hostel.
The apartment is located in one of the central areas of Havana in Vedado, close to various places that offer ample opportunities to enjoy the diverse cultural exhibitions of Havana (theaters and museums), Cuban food (restaurants) and the nightlife (jazz clubs, clubs and bars).
The apartment, about 74 square meters in total, is composed of a comfortable dining room, hallway, 2 bedrooms with bathroom each with capacity for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful balcony overlooking the avenue 23. The apartment is It is equipped with everything necessary for long stays. And it is located a few blocks from two wifi zones.
We are a family that loves to travel and we have decided to start in this world of hospitality for an experience as guests who recently lived on a vacation trip, and we want to recreate those good times for our own friends.
We can help you with information about tour guides, places of interest and many other local attractions. (However, please note that we are not a travel agency and that the information provided is only to help supplement the information you already have and to make your stay more pleasant and safe). We are a family that will welcome you with open arms.

About the Area
Our house is located in a modern neighborhood, 20 minutes by taxi from the José Marti International Airport, very well connected with Havana's taxi and bus network, surrounded by bars, nightclubs and highly recommended restaurant where you can taste the best of Cuban food.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
-Payment will be made upon arrival at the house.
- Entrance times 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
-Departure times at 12:00 am
-No pets allowed
- Minors are not allowed without the accompaniment of their parents.
-The use of illicit substances is not allowed
. All new visitors will have to provide the host with both their entry and visa information within the first 24 hours. Individuals who fail to do so may incur a governmental fine and suffer additional legal consequences. 2. Should the visitor desire to invite a guest for more than one night he or she will have to inform the host. As mentioned previously this is mandated by the Department of Foreign Immigration. 5. Check in is at 9 am-17:00pm and check out at 12am. Should the visitor require different check-in or check-out time he or she can contact the host. The check in and check-out are in the apartment.

The guest must provide details of their entry into the country and visa to the host upon arrival, so that he can present in book to the Immigration and Foreigners Department in a term established less than 24 hours. 2. If additional foreign or Cuban persons are staying in the apartment, the guest must inform the host in advance so that he can add new guests to the tenant's registration book. This information must also be submitted to the Immigration and Foreigners Department.
4. The entrance to the apartment is from nine in the morning and the departure at 12 noon. Any schedule changes must be informed to the host. The keys are only delivered to the apartment.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
