House Marlene and Carlos
The room (totally independent of the family house) of Marlene and Carlos, is located at the top of a colonial house built in the 30s in the central residential neighborhood Santo Suarez, just a few minutes from the city center the house offers its guests comfort and entertainment. A place designed for the welfare of our customers, where you can enjoy a garden, preferred by our clients to make a good cup of coffee and turn catch some morning sun. From our garden have a beautiful view of the cast Santo Suarez and in turn you can see how goes the daily life of Cuban in morning schedule. The apartment, endowed with a high degree of comfort of modern life, has a terrace bar, garden room with bathroom, Split, mini-bar, 32-inch TV, hot and cold water, telephone, etc.). Ideal for couples, with a high level of privacy.
We offer our guests the service breakfast, included in the price of rent, as well as access to a heated terrace where you can listen to good music. It has a pool for recreation and small bar to enjoy a good drink during their game of pool. This area is suitable for visitors of friends. If you love classical music of the 30s, Mr. Carlos offers in the area of terrace a selection of music, followed by paintings enliven the atmosphere in the terrace area. About the Area
Our house is encuentraun little below the center of the city of Havana in a highly urbanized area with a varied architecture especially 30s. It is a quiet neighborhood although the joy of Cubans in their daily lives and in their parties which are very common it shows. This a15 minutes from Malecon traveling through numerous routes of transportation especially taxis old cars that .50 cents leave it on the waterfront. there are numerous cafes and some not very large stores. There are bus stops as well as a constant circulation of taxis.

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
