Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment near the Havana boardwalk
It is a nice apartment of 106 meters, completely renovated, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, hall, kitchen, dining room and balcony. All rooms in the apartment, including the living room and dining room have ceiling fans. With hot and cold water in the bathrooms, voltage of 220 and 110 volts and other services that will make your stay more pleasant.
The living room has a surface of 16 meters, with green marble floor. It has great clarity and ventilation due to its large window of glass shutters and sliding glass door that communicates with the balcony. It also has another sliding glass door that separates this area from the rest of the apartment, converting it when necessary into a more private area. We have television, wireless phone to make and receive local calls, stereo and video.  From our balcony you can enjoy a nice view of the city like Park Trotcha, Hotel Meliá Cohiba and Riviera, Paseo Avenue, etc.
The kitchen area has 7 square meters very well subdivided which is very comfortable when working on it. It has all possible services, such as a refrigerator with freezer, micro oven, 4-burner gas cooker and oven, blender with multifunction, water heater, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen also has a wooden breakfast bar with 3 bar stools also in the same wood. Here, in addition to trying your breakfast you can also sit down to have your favorite drinks or cocktails.
The dining room is very close to the kitchen and the breakfast area. It has a crystal dining table for 6 people with their respective chairs.
The bedroom "A" is spacious, with capacity for 3 guests and good lighting and ventilation through its window. It has a double bed and a single bed very comfortable and the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed, in case they are more people. With air conditioning, ceiling fan, large wardrobe, large mirror, bedside tables, bedside lamps where you can charge cell phones and a large mini bar to cool your drinks.
The bedroom "C" is ideal for 2 people as it has 2 personal beds with bedside tables and bedside lamps where cell phones can be charged. It has a window that gives good clarity and ventilation to the room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mirror and large closet.

Both rooms "A and C", will use the main bathroom which is more spacious, with a toilet, sink, mirror with its shelf, towel rack, hair dryer and shower. It has a large glass window that gives good ventilation and clarity. 

The bedroom "B" is independent, ideal for a couple as it has a double bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps where you can charge cell phones in addition to your indoor bathroom that makes it more private. With good lighting, ceiling fan, air conditioning, wardrobe, mirror, safe and other amenities. The bathroom in this room has a toilet, sink, mirror with its shelf, shower and shelf for towels. It has a glass window that gives a ventilation and clarity.

Our apartment is located in a privileged area of ​​Vedado, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The building has only 2 apartments per floor.
