I am Mrs. Elia and my house of rent is known worldwide with an affectionate name that baptized Italian clients attending to the respect, kindness and simplicity of its owner who comes from deep peasant roots where from a very young he knew about the cultivation of tobacco in his best land.
Our house is exactly opposite the Bishopric in one of the main streets of the city, just a few meters from the main street. It has a colonial architecture built in 1900 and later restored by the family itself, preserving an air of tranquility and relaxation that is perceived in a combination of ancient objects, lithographs of one of the best artists of our plastic, columns and blacksmithing works of that period, besides having high finely decorated ceilings, as well as its original bronze lamps. We have at your disposal 4 rooms each with 2 large beds for 4 people, one room is located in the attic of the house with a beautiful balcony with beautiful wooden railings from where you can see the room and the decoration of its ceilings, another room It is on ground floor with a very comfortable small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Two rooms are on the second floor completely new, independent, done in detail and from where you can enjoy some of the best views of the city, as well as the sunset where you can take unique photographs. All rooms have private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, TV; freezer, fan and air conditioning, we provide laundry services, cocktails, preparing delicious breakfasts and dinners, parking and access to the house phone, we master the English language perfectly for better communication if you wish and we also offer a taxi service specialized and safe that will take you to places of interest such as Mr. Alejandro Robaina's plantations, María La Gorda dive center, Cayo Jutias beach and La Guabina ranch for those who prefer fighting cocks and thoroughbred horses.
Also from the house you can easily access other sites in the city such as the Francisco Donatien tobacco factory, the Guayabita del Pinar rum factory (Casa Garay), the Milanés Theater, as well as nightclubs and museums.
Our house due to the number of rooms and the spaciousness of its halls and terraces in high is very conducive for families or groups of friends who want to meet, so we look forward to your visit, here you will feel like yours because we work for all tastes and needs with an authentic way of serving very simple and above all with a lot of love detached from a united and very Cuban family.
You also have the opportunity if you do not choose to consult the house of my son, known as "Pensión El Moro", which is also advertised on this site, it is a spacious and independent apartment with terrace and balcony, with wifi connection, the only located exactly opposite the Viazul Station.
Also here we will recommend safe and comfortable places throughout the Island!
