Casa Dr. Nocedo is located in the Entronque of Playa Larga, being the closest rental house to the most beautiful beach in the Ciénaga de Zapata, Playa Larga and 3 minutes walking from the modern disco. Its location just 60 meters from the sand gives it a beautiful view of the sea where you can see endemic and aquatic birds as well as the coming and going of the sailing boats. Dr. Nocedo House has two rooms with two beds each (one double and one smaller) with capacity for three guests per room each has hot and cold water service 24 hours, Split type air conditioning and other services .The accommodation is highly recommended for its hospitality in a relaxing and familiar atmosphere. Casa Dr. Nocedo serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, including for vegans and vegetarians, as well as cocktails served in the lounge or on the porch enjoying the view and the sea air. It also offers room service, laundry, parking, bike and taxi rental, as well as pick up for the airport or others.

Dr. Nocedo's accommodation is in Entroque Final, Playa Larga, Ciénaga de Zapata, Matanzas, Cuba. The neighborhood where the house is located is close to the beach at about 60 meters, allowing you to appreciate the coming and going of the waves, the fresh breeze of the sea, which gives us a sense of peace and relaxation, a very quiet neighborhood, far from the city bustle.
In addition to organizing excursions, bike rides, it also guarantees massages and trips to the most popular places in the Ciénaga de Zapata (National Park, Cueva de los Peces, Playa Girón, with its history and transcendence in the culture of the Cuban people and many other beautiful and interesting places.
In Dr. Nocedo's house you will find safety and comfort, the client becomes a member of the household so that he feels confident and to his liking.

Cuando llegamos a nuestra casa, parecía haber un problema de agua. El propietario había buscado otra casa, a dos cuadras de distancia; Esta fue la casa de Karlo y Dyana, definitivamente recomendada.

Ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der mit seiner Haushaltshilfe Anja eine wunderbare Zeit ermöglicht hat. Playa Larga ist ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum ausspannen und relaxen gewesen.
Ein lästiger Husten meiner Frau wurde von ihm umsonst behandelt, sehr großzügig!December 2018
The doctor is very friendly and helped out with hiring bicycles, getting around and even telling us where to go to watch Champions League football, while hospitality and food were top notch. The room is basic but adequate and the location is in the middle of town near the beach. There is a building site nearby but the noise from it was not a problem.

Dokter Nocedo is a great host! The house is located just 100 meters of the beach and the rooms are nice and clean. The woman (sorry we forgot her name after a few weeks) who works for Nocedo is a really friendly host. She prepares all the meals and makes great soups! When we arrived she welcomed us very warmfull and we had fresh juice and a chicken soup.
Nocedo is a real dokter and is willing to help you whenever you have a health problem. You feel safe and welcome at this casa.August 2018
Can't really evaluate the house, since when we arrived there appeared to be a double booking and we could not use the rooms. But the good doctor had already arranged new rooms just a block away, with a lovely family, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Outstanding service!

The house is simple but superclean and quiet. Dr. Nazario was very helpful and arranged a nice birdwatchingtour and a taxi for us and our bicycles. "Don't worry, I make a phonecall" he said and it was arranged. During daytime he is a doctor in the nearby hospital; a busy but always kind host. Thanks, Arno and Hadewych

Nous avons passé séjour très agréable et trop court dans la maison du docteur avec nos 2 filles de 4 et 8 ans. Le docteur est une personne très accueillante et attentionnée . Sa maison est très propre , climatisée , parfaite pour une famille et très bien située dans la ville , proche de la plage .
Nous avons eu la chance de goûter aux délicieuses langoustes cuisinées par son amie.
Une super adresse dans un coin très chouette et reposant.We had such a great time in the doctor's house with our 2 daughters ( 4 and 8) . The doctor is very nice , friendly and took care of us . His house is very clean, spacious , near the beach and center of the town . We were lucky to eat delicious langoustes cooked by the doctor's friend .

Dr. Nocedo was super welcoming, we got a snack and a juice when we arrived. Also he helped us through every problem we had. He is a very funny and cool guy who makes delicious cocktails and tasty breakfast. Definitely recommend staying at his place. <3

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
