I have a beautiful family made up of my husband and my beautiful daughter of 11 years. I speak English and study Accounting. I truly believe in Karma. I try to make every day count. We have a colorful and simple decoration at home. It is very airy and illuminated with a perimeter fence and an ecological garden. Everyone is welcome at Casa Martín. We have a common outdoor portal, a dining room and a large bedroom for three people with air conditioning and private bathroom with hot water. The kitchen is open for the customer. We organize nature excursions to observe endemic birds and plants, snorkeling, diving and other activities.

About the Area
We are in front of the village's primary school. In a central location 2 minutes from the beach, 50 meters from the shopping center and 200 meters from the polyclinic and Wifi. Casa Martin is located in a biosphere reserve area. It is a Ramsar site so nature tourism predominates. It is a very quiet place. We have several sites of interest such as a crocodile farm, a Taino village, the Salinas de Brito for flamencos observation, nature trails such as Enigma de la Roca, the Optopus International Center for snorkeling and diving, the Cueva de Los Peces, Punta Perdiz, and the Historical Museum of the Girón invasion, in addition to the beaches of Caletón and Playa Larga.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
