The accommodation area occupies the second floor of the house, it is a well-lit space, very airy, very cozy. Our main interest is to receive our clients, give them careful attention and enjoy their presence in our house. We want them to allow us to talk with them, share with them, offer them the best of our food or the dishes that are their preference. Offer them the music of their preference. We have baby facilities, we have a very comfortable crib that can be taken apart for this service and other comforts, we have a very comfortable portable or detachable bed, for one more person, these means can only be used in one of the two rooms.
Our city is the second in importance of Cuba, very full of history, in it you can enjoy the best of Cuban music, you can enjoy its beaches, many museums and historical places, here there are options for enjoyment for all tastes.
This house is located near the Victoriano Garzón Avenue and the Plaza Juvenil Ferreiro, where the Meliá Santiago and Las Américas Hotels are located, this area is the city is known as the most modern and youthful part. Who writes I am 62 years old, I am an aeronautical engineer, specialized in Maintenance and Repair of aircraft and their engines, graduated from the State Aviation University of Ukraine, located in the city of Kiev, Ukraine. I work in Cuba for over 32 years this specialty, I am currently retired. I have two children and two grandchildren, I am married. My wishes are to be a good husband, a good father, a good grandfather, to be a good friend of those who give me their friendship, I want to be a good host to have a million friends, in any part of the world, I will offer them the best.
I speak Russian, English, Ukrainian and Spanish, at home my children speak English and French. Currently, I am studying at the English Language and French Language University, and also studying at the French Alliance of Santiago de Cuba.
We have a kitchen area for customers equipped with all the means for the customer to prepare their food.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
