Colonial house built in 1912 is located near Parque Céspedes, Casa de la Trova, Casa de la Música, Hotel Casa Granda and various interests such as the Emilio Bacardí Museum, the Carnival Museum, Diego Velásquez among others. It has three rooms, several rooms, but only two for tourists, kitchen and dining room; patio with orchids, ferns and shade of grapes for your snacks, dinners, talks or enjoy a delicious and pure Cuban coffee. There is abundant water. The two rooms for tourists have a double and personal bed, air conditioning, fan, night lamp, large mirror and hanger, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot and cold water. It is not with independent entrance. There is the possibility of parking, we offer breakfast, dinner, snacks, laundry, telephone, Wi-Fi, 110 and 220 Volt electricity and use of refrigerator. The client receives services in Spanish.

About the Area
Our Colonial House is located in the center of the city of Santiago de Cuba. A few meters from the main street that is Enramadas. Only 15 minutes from the bus terminal and train. 30 minutes from the airport. You can visit all the museums, shops, cultural centers, walking and enjoying the beautiful colonial surroundings of the city.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The house does not have an independent entrance and the tourist is not given the main key. You can play as many times as you wish at the time you want. The day of departure to deliver to the room before noon. All the guests are given a great family affection

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
