Two separate houses with a hall in common with balcony or terraza.Ubicada 3 blocks from the new city center and 15 minutes from downtown historico.Usted can enjoy your privacy, tranquility and good comfort, share with friends, delighting Cuban flavors and go anywhere in the city from my house, which will be for you since you make your entrance. Our special interest is that you enjoy your holidays in my city from our house. We can cumunicarnos in English and Italian in addition to Spanish. Although the houses are independent our family that is my husband and my son will be on the first level and from there give the attention you deserve, your light breakfast, included in your booking or full depending on their desires, as well as lunch, dinner or snacks for your city tours. Adeamas of all the information necessary for your trip for the rest of the country, reserves in other cities, transportation, places of interest to visit, among others. House Rules
Do not smoke inside the habitaciopn not supported drugs, personal unregistered, drinks bought outside casa.Apagar unnecessary lights and air conditioning available when leaving home, not throwing papers or waste solids into the sink and any broken object or lost must be replaced or paid. My policy regarding payment, I prefer it once settled in cash at home and in regard to reservations can be immediate or prior to departure day wishing and cancellations with at least 5 days before. thanks for your cooperation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
