The Gisela y Wilfredo hostel is located on Gloria street, very close to the main shopping centers, just 5 minutes walk from the Casa de la Música, the Plaza Mayor and the museums that surround it. It is a family house where Gisela and Wilfredo live that rent for foreign tourists on the second level of the house 2 air-conditioned rooms. All this part of the house is for the exclusive use of the clients, which is very gratifying for the privacy they can enjoy. Each room has a private bathroom with shower with hot and cold water 24/7. Soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper are supplied free of charge. From the terrace you get beautiful views of the city, the Escambray mountains and unrepeatable sunsets at sunset.
With Gisela and Wilfredo, the hosts, you feel trust and familiarity; They are always willing to help their clients with everything they need, be it information, advice, suggestions on the best places to visit. They know trustworthy specialists from the house who are dedicated to horseback riding, city guides, others who teach to dance with Cuban and Caribbean rhythms and many more options that will occupy all the dates reserved in the city. The gastronomic offers that Gisela prepares are of exquisite flavor, many Cuban recipes based on pork and fresh seafood. These services are offered at negotiable prices. The house telephone can be used free of charge by tourists for local calls and to contact the next destination. Book and inform the family of your arrival time and you will be expected at the point of arrival. We do not accept payment in national currency. We have WIFI service throughout the accommodation and parking is free

Wilfredo und Mylady haben uns aufgenommen, als ob wir zur Familie gehörten. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Schönes Bad mit guter Dusche.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
