The house is located in a very quiet area, it could be said that a very sporty area as we have the basseball stadium, a basketball court, boxing training areas, Judo, Lucha and a gymnasium just 10 meters away from the casa.Ofrecemos internet service.
We are also very close to schools and buildings. We are only 2 blocks away, which are 8 to 10 minutes walking from the Gran Hotel Iberostar Trinidad five stars, in short we are 10 minutes walking from the Park of Trinidad and the area with WIFI service. Right next to the house we have an ATM. The house is 8 minutes from the Currency Exchange House, very close to specialized stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife centers, travel agencies, car rental offices.
We rent an independent house, on a second level, with owner service, very spacious, with many balconies and windows, which makes it a very bright and fresh place, has a kitchen, well-equipped dining room, furnished living room with capacity for several people, has assortment refrigerator, a portal that offers a wonderful view, with capacity for up to 6 people, has 2 double beds and 2 personal beds, heated with split that do not cause noise, with a door to the interior corridor of the house that provides privacy, with very comfortable and very clean bathroom, private exclusive use of the guests, with hot and cold water service 24 hours.
We supply you free of charge with sheets, towels, fan and hygiene accessories. We have a patio with trees, ornamental plants, a terrace equipped with tables and chairs, and in the yard you can also see our rabbit breeding. You can use all areas of the house, we can assist you if you need help.
Or if you prefer we can prepare a delicious Cuban dinner, or satisfy any culinary requirement because we have a professional chef, in our dinners you can eat tropical fruits, vegetables, refreshing juices, drinks as well as exquisite dishes of fish, lobsters and shrimp. We are always willing to serve you friendly, we will be happy to assist you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
