House built in the twentieth century masonry walls and covered with reinforced concrete, very comfortable Clara and ventilated.
The room of rent is ventilated to an inner patio and a terrace, independent with entrance from the street San Procopio with bath and private pantry, with artificial climate and hot water the 24 hours.
The family that lodges them lives in the house but in an independent zone, inside a house that is also very ventilated with access to inner patios with plants,
The house is very well located in the modern center of the city, just 10 minutes walk from the main square of the historic center of the city founded in 1514. World heritage known as PLAZA MAYOR and 5 minutes from the square Carrillo today modern center of the city . a place where there are many shops, banks and many businesses and cultural centers that give life and colkorido to the area
The room has 2 beds and capacity for three people, perfect for a family that wants to make a trip
To arrive, look for the square Carrillo, 3 minutes walking from the house, you just have to look for the street Perez Linen that is right on the corner with the Gran Hotel iberostar Trinidad and have three blocks in the direction of the international clinic. Well known place in the city between the streets are Carmen and Aguacate

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
