Comfort and excellence in service are found in our hsotal. Located this family house in a quiet and quiet neighborhood of the city of Trinidad, 15 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, museums and other attractions that surround the area most visited by tourists visiting the museum city of the Caribbean. The house rent with exclusive use for guests the second level of the house, where two rooms are heated and prepared to ensure the safety and welfare of their customers. Both have comfortable beds, minibar and large windows. The bathroom is private inside, the supply of hot and cold water is permanent and everything necessary for personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper are provided inside. The terraces of the second and third level have the conditions to rest with privacy and enjoy beautiful views of the village, its surroundings, the Escambray mountains and the Caribbean Sea on the horizon.
The gentlemen Mariela and Denis, the hosts, are very nice people and help you in everything that is necessary. Mrs. Mariela is a professional masseuse and Denis is a professional bartender too; so these services are offered inside the house. Gastronomic services are provided at the request of the guests, who are highly recommended for the quality of the prepared meals, generally based on Cuban Creole recipes and fresh sea products. Inform the family of your arrival time and it will be awaited at the point of arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
