Casa de la Paz is a 1910 Trinitarian house located in the Historic Center of Trinidad. We rent a totally independent apartment with capacity for 5 people which offers a privileged area with great exclusive views of the beautiful city. We decorate with a rustic and mixed style of furniture from èpocas creating a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere at the same time. It has a very cozy and spacious room that has all the necessary comforts and has capacity for 5 people with 3 beds; it has large spaces and windows all around with lighting and natural air which have a bacon overlooking the old streets from the city . You can enjoy the created spaces such as a beautiful living room and breakfast area and you will also have an exclusive 360 ° view of the whole Trinidad in a viewpoint of the time and a private terrace and very nice for relaxing !.
Under this apartment is our family house with a shop of curious and old objects which can be very interesting to travelers who visit us. We are available for the international tourism rental interested in sharing with the Cuban family in a warm and friendly environment. Friendly. Having years of experience offers all the necessary help in relation to the client's stay in the city. You will never regret our welcome!

Because of our position in the Historic Center of Trinidad and the Plaza Mayor you can be just blocks from restaurants, bars, museums and nightclubs. At 10km there is the beautiful Ancon Beach and also virgin beaches throughout the peninsula.

When breaking something in the house must be paid
When you lose your room key you must pay 20 cuc
Visitors:
For the safety of you and other guests, occasional visitors are not allowed in the room. Accompanying persons must present an identity document and be registered at their entrance home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
