Anita and Chamero the hostel is a house of family income in the second Level 2 spacious and comfortable rooms with private bathroom inside. Located near the Plaza Mayor and the main tourist attractions of the city. The house has a balcony overlooking the street. It also has a terrace on the third level overlooking the historic center, to the Escambray mountains and the crystal waters of the Caribbean Sea on the horizon. A house full of attractive customer personalized offers that make this highly sought accommodation with very good criteria that will make you feel part of the family. Trois belles personnes, un sweet home. Chamero, Anita, et Pedro leur fils, webmaster du quartier, nous ont très bien accueillis, nous avons passé de très bons moments avec eux, ils ont fait le maximum pour nous être utiles et agréables. Une grande chambre confortable dans une grande maison très bien tenue, agréable et bien équipée. Nous recommandons les hôtes et l'hôtel.

L'état des lieux à notre arrivée a duré 3mn : Déja la maison vue de l'extérieur était sordide ,( en rapport avec le quartier ! ), et l'intérieur , pire encore :
travaux non terminés , escalier de chantier sans rambarde, sol béton brut , etc, etc .....
Nous avons dû chercher en urgence un autre logement .
C'est une honte de proposer sur votre site ce genre d'hébergement , sans contrôle préalable .
Nous attendons le remboursement de l'acompte de US$ 7,50 .

bonjour la maison s excuse pour ne pas répondre à vos attentes, mais vous ne nous donne pas l'occasion de montrer la meilleure chose est notre cœur, je pense que le prix que nous facturons pour notre gîte garde relation avec les conditions de la maison, si en quelque sorte Je peux rembourser votre dépôt nous sommes d'accord pour le faire et aussi la maison invite 2 jours, tous frais payés, y compris le dîner chaque fois que vous voulez et ainsi avoir la possibilité de rencontrer et de faire quelque chose de votre perte de temps et ainsi découvrir comment il est cubain vivant dans une famille différente et prêt à vous faire sentir à la maison
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
