Beautiful apartment in "Hermanas Giralt Building", in Vedado, Havana. I sharing the same house with the guests and provide them a light breakfast as requested by Homestay. The apartment is large, confortable, private, relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere. It has comfy beds and is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). You’ll love my place because of the light, the spectacular view of the whole City of Havana, including The Malecón, Plaza de la Revolución, Capitolio, Habana Libre Hotel, and close to Old Havana.

About the Area
We are located in Vedado, most central area of Havana, surrounded by avenues, parks and abundant vegetation. Near of seafront that surrounds the Havana seashore, Revolution Square, Art Factory, Cemetery of Colón, University of Havana, museums, nightclubs, restaurants, theaters, cinemas, shops and 10 minutes by car from the historical center of Havana Old. We are in the principal avenue of the city as you can see in the pictures. You can walk, use taxis, private cars (mostly classics) that give taxi service, or public buses.

Additional rules
During the stay, the guest must guarantee the following observations.
- Smoking will only be allowed on the balcony.
- Only people who have booked through Home-stay can stay at Hostal Magali, so other people's visits are not allowed.
- Only those minors who have been registered through Home-stay are accepted as part of the reservation accompanied by their relatives.
- If the client loses the keys of the Hostal Magali or bedroom we will have to replace all the other existing keys for which it will be applied a cost of $30.
- The damages caused by the client in the equipment, furnishings, fabrics, bathroom pieces or other existing in the bedroom will be assumed by the host in correspondence with the price in the store plus the price of the repair work or installation to which it takes place.
- The TV and air conditioning have to be operated through their remote controls. If you have an anomaly, you should inform to the administrator, so he can handle it.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
