If you didn't have a plan yet of your activities in Viñales, you will have it soon from Daimarelys. After a 10 minutes introduction (in English) of possible activities in Viñales, your activities for the next days will be booked at once. So after half an hour all is booked and payed, including breakfasts (if you don't want them too early in the morning).
My room itself was apparently in another house (about 50m away at T-crossing), so the following is about this house.
The lady of the Rosa y Layr house was spontaneous and friendly (and didn't speak English at all I guess). One of the best breakfasts I had of my last 3 weeks in Cuba, with six different fruits, bread, toast, egg,... all you need.
My bike (booked at arrival) was not really new, the least you could say, but the gears worked fairly OK.Host reply

Daimarelys was a very kind and efficient host. She speaks really good English and she's also very business-oriented so she's a great choice if you need help to plan your trip and activities in Vinales (but get ready to feel a little pressure if that's not your thing). The room was clean and confortable, and the optional breakfast was absolutely enormous. Her place is a bit hard to locate at first but it's very spatious with a nice and large terrace where you can enjoy your meals and book your activities. Unfortunately, I got sick during my stay but she did her best to help me and was understanding of my situation. We'd recommend her place overall.

We spent 2 nights at Daimarelys' place. The room was clean and had all we needed. Daimareys was a very warm and friendly person who was very helpful and even made a phone call to our next homestay to confirm the time of our arrival. We had one dinner with her which was very good, better than in a restaurant. The house is in a quite neighbourhood, but at walking distance from the center and the National Park. I would definately recommend this place.

Daimarelys was an absolutely amazing host with a beautiful and friendly family! Her English is close to perfect so we were able to communicate effortlessly!
My mother and I stayed with her for two evenings over the Christmas period and she couldn't have made us feel more welcome!
The room was a good size and very comfortable, as the door to the room is external you could come and go as you please without having to disturb anyone.
The breakfast!!!! Wow!! so much food to choose from (too much!) Amazing selection of fruits and bread fresh juice and cake.
Daimarelys sat with us and made us Mojhitos one evening before we ventured out for dinner.
Perfect place stay for anyone traveling to Viniales! Positioned just off the main road.
She organised a horse riding tour for us and bikes to get around Viniales and the surrounding areas.
In summary... A lovely, genuine and hospitable lady with a wonderful family who made our stay so much more pleasant, I honestly don't have a bad work or critique to make :)
