We had a really good welcoming when arriving at Anabel and Maria's house. One of the first thing Anabel said was” my house is your house”, and she gave us tips about what to see in Viñales. We stayed there two nights, and she offered us free wifi (which is rare in Cuba). Maria did our laundry and insisted to clean our shoes after our hike in a trail full of mud. The breakfast (5 CUC) was so huge! She also prepared us sandwich for the road during our trip to Trinidad. Really good localisation. We highly recommend staying with them! :)

It was the most amazing experience I've had in Cuba. Not only did Anabel proved to be an exceptional host, she also helped me retrieve my washbag that I forgot in La Havana. Best stay ever!

I did not book any accommodation in Vinales but happened to meet Anabel's cousin on the bus on my way to Vinales. She greeted me at the bus stop with a big smile and took me to her house. Anabel and her mother are very welcoming hosts. They were generous with tips in what to do. Anabel took me to the Tabacco factory and arranged the horse ride to the national park. They also arranged the taxi to Trinidad for me. Her mother also very kindly did my laundry which I'm grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic host in Vinales. We stayed three nights. When we booked the homestay we forgot to tell Anabel we were renting scooters in Havana and riding to Vinales. She showed up at the bus depot with a sign for us when the bus from Havana arrived.... oops. :-) We arrived a few hours later on our scooters. Very comfortable, clean and spacious accommodations with a private bath, a lovely back yard and walking distance to everything in town. Highly recommend.
Altamente recomendado.

A une prochaine fois j’espère ! Bonne continuation !February 2019
We only stayed with Maria and Anabel for 2 nights but it was such a lovely experience. They were both very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They helped us to book our tours in Vinales at short notice and our taxi back to Havana, and managed to get us a very good price. The breakfasts and dinner they prepared for us were very delicious and was some of the best home cooked food we had in Cuba. The accommodation was lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our short stay. Thank you Maria and Anabel x
