About the Area
Our apartment is based north of the centre and only 15 till 20 minutes away from the centre by metro or tram. Prague 7 used to be the traditional place in Prague for breweries. A lot of small and good restaurants, pubs but especially a lot of good places to have great latte art coffee. 2 major parks are nearby for a beer garden or picnic.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
A lot of things are allowed. Smoking is not but you can smoke on the balcony of the building or downstairs.
You can of course use the kitchen for cooking. We have a coffeemachine you can use.
To not be surprised on arrival; we have a friendly medium sized dog (15 kilo and 1 year in April 2018) with short hairs. If needed, we can keep him in the other room. The house is cleaned everyday to keep it as comfortable as possible.
Next to that, I (Jeroen) works from home, meaning that during the day I will be busy. You can come of course in the house the whole day whenever you want. Jeroen works also as a tourguide in the magnificent city of Prague,

Very nice and welcoming host. i just felt like at home while staying with them. They even asked me if i reach my next destination safely. I will definitely prefer to stay with them whenever i go to Prague again and i do recommend them to other travelers they are really cool.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
