we live on a very nice, big house, with all the things you might need, its a 3 floor house, with 4 rooms availibles with their own bed and a big closet, we have plenty of bathrooms, you will most likely share the bathroom, we provide a kitchen, a dinning room, 3 living rooms, a yard or patio, we are very close to stores and touristic places, its very safe to live here, we have pets and are pet friendly, we provide food and we can arrange the price as its suitabel for you, we do have familly activities often, so you can be part of them if you want to, we are eager to learn from other people and to teach whatever you want to learn.

About the Area
our home is at the best location of the city, the house is very nice, warm, very very safe, we live in the middle of the city or down-town, stores are a couple of steps from home, all you might need is on a walking distance form you, Ibarra is a very safe city, many fests, parties and public activities are arranged weeakly so you will never be bored, we are also near many many beatiful mountains where you can learn about our biodiveristy, just a wonderful place to visit.

and beach is only 2 to 3 hours away from home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
