Oscar and Lupita live in the north of the city of Quito-Ecuador with two daughters, Michelle and Sharon.
The house is in a nice neighborhood, near a small park.
The house has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a games and TV room.
The ground floor is destined to social area and high in the bedrooms, floor is very open and bright.
Oscar works lecturing as finance and insurance broker, Lupita is dedicated to the house while Michelle and Sharon are college students.

About the Area
Our house is located in the north of the city, a very quiet neighborhood, near supermarkets, shopping mall for shoping, stores, shops, bars and restaurants, just 20 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport.
The bus stop is 1 block and there are multiple bus lines. The area is full of cafes, bars, restaurants and specialty shops.
We are located 7 Km. From the center of town and 45 minutes from the airport.

House Rules
home smoking is not allowed. Preferably not do at home.
Please keep our home safe before leaving activate the alarm and close the door with the key in the lock to both enter and exit.
Pet accommodation is not allowed. You feel free to use the kitchen but clean when finished.
Reduce noise to a minimum when arriving midnight please.
Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite, acuérdalo earlier with Lupita.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
