Your private room in an apartment with a real Queen Bed. It is located close to Ottawa and the Byward Market, Les Promenades de Gatineau, grocery stores, restos and bus stops. In the apartment you'll find: a big smart TV, Netflix, Wifi, breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, toasts, butter, jam), bikes, helmets and chairs included for you to enjoy for free. If you are a group of 3, there is an additional single air mattress for you. Just ask us about it.
My wife and me will be happy to be your host. We live at the apartment, we'll be sharing the bathroom. Questions? English, French and Spanish.

This is a mature neighbourhood with a large park just a few minutes from here. The new Sport Center has an Olympic sized pool, gym, and you can practice many other sports activities a one kilometer away. There are two grocery stores within an 8 minute walk of our place (Maxi and Super C). Within a 10 minute walk there is a Walmart, Canadian Tire, and the large, newly re-modeled shopping center Promenades de Gatineau Mall which includes many restaurants and stores. There are many restaurants and bars to try in the area. Our neighbourhood will instantly make you feel safe and at home which will provide the perfect base to explore this beautiful region. - No shoes inside the apartment.
- No smoking inside the apartment or in the balcony. If you want to smoke you have to go outside the building. If you're planning to smoke something else as marihuana, this is NOT the place for you.
- No pets allowed.
- Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbours, keep the volume down, especially after 9pm.
- No one other than the people listed on the reservation are to stay overnight in the apartment.
- No food inside your room allowed. Please use the dinning room.
- Every room has its own heat thermostat, just adjust it according to your need. Ideal temperature is between 18C to 22C.
- Lighting candles not allowed.
- Parking included for free: please park in the unnumbered spots in the front, it means in the spots for visitors. You will find them at the very right and left of the parking lot of the building.
If you have any other question, please don't hesitate and ask us. We really want you to feel comfortable.

¿Cómo se hace una reserva?
Ponte en contacto con el anfitrión para comprobar su disponibilidad y preguntar todo lo necesario sobre la estancia. Una vez que el anfitrión confirme que está disponible para esas fechas, podrás confirmar la reserva.
¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de 250 $£€ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión. Todos nuestros anfitriones han sido informados de que si desean solicitar un pago por adelantado, deben indicarlo claramente en el perfil. En cualquier caso, recomendamos desconfiar de quienes soliciten que se realice un pago a través de Money Gram o Western Union.
¿Cuándo se publican los datos de contacto?
Las direcciones de email, los números de teléfono y la dirección postal del anfitrión y del huésped aparecerán reflejados en el email de confirmación que se les enviará a ambos inmediatamente después de la confirmación de la reserva. El intercambio de datos de contacto personales entre los anfitriones y los huéspedes a través de los mensajes que se envían a través de nuestra plataforma, va en contra de nuestra política.
