Mi lugar está cerca de CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD y lugares históricos (alrededor de 5 km). Menos de 30 minutos a Eram jardín o santuario de acebo o Bazar a pie (menos de 10 minutos en taxi). Es un placer alojar a los huéspedes y me encantó mi lugar. (Sólo tomar un lòok en nuestras revisiones por favor)
Cuando vienes a mi apartamento en la tercera planta con ascensor, se pueden ver dos dormitorios, uno de ellos es la habitación de invitados, un baño compartido con ducha juntos, cocina grande con nevera y estufa y microondas, en el sofá de la sala de estar, televisión y Dos dormitorios y habitación de invitados tiene una cama king size para dos personas. No tenemos niños así que afortunadamente aquí es lugar tranquilo y amistoso. Mi esposa (Behnaz) es una ama de casa y ella siempre te ayuda (billetes de libros, tomar un taxi para usted y cualquier otra cosa que ella puede hacer). Podemos alojar en cualquier momento. El desayuno y la conexión a Internet es gratis. Pedimos a nuestros huéspedes a leer las reglas antes de reservar nuestro lugar (gracias) y, finalmente, tenemos una pequeña sorpresa para nuestros huéspedes.

The best host I've ever had. I was really happy. Behnaz managed to pick me up at the airport and spend some time with me and show me some places. Her English level is really good so I was able to have long and nice conversations. Her brother also arranged a trip to Persepolis (he knows a lot about it, I recommend to take a tour with him). I am really happy and staying at their house is one of my trip highlights.

It was a great stay at Ramin and Behnaz! They responded within a couple of minutes that we were welcome at their home, which was perfect for us. The room is big enough and clean, the house is near the places you want to visit. They are extreme helpful and nice! Behnaz gives great advice where to go and what to see. She also helped getting taxi's, bus tickets etc. It made our stay very pleasant. Also her brother guided us to Persepolis, and he did a great job! Def can recommend it, the guided tour as well as a stay at Ramin & Behnaz's home.

It was a lovely stay in Shiraz with Behnaz and Ramin! Behnaz explained us everything about city sights to visit, helped us to get a bus ticket and was generally always there for us when we had some questions. The room is clean, quiet, and the location is a convenient short taxi ride from the city center. It's also possible to do the laundry (for a fee). We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to others - staying with locals is what truly enriches your journey.

We had a lovely stay with Behnaz and Ramin. They are nice and accommodating hosts with whom the cultural exchange was intense. They gave us plenty of useful tips and assistance in visiting Shiraz and bookings during our trip. The place is neat and the room is spacious and quiet. We recommend Behnaz and Ramin’s home anytime.

I had an excellent stay with Ramin and Behnaz. They are very nice and seem to enjoy very much receiving guests. The room is spacious, very clean and the bathroom, though shared, is also very good. Behnaz does not measure efforts to please her guests and make us feel at home. As a plus, Behnaz's brother, Behnam, is an excellent tour guide. If he is available, make sure to ask him (for a fee) to take you to Persepolis. He knows every inch of it and make the visit much more wealthy.

It was a very nice experience to be hosted by Behnaz and Ramin in their house. They are very helpful and kind. Behnaz can help to organize a trip to Persepolis with a professional and English speaking guide. We had already a driver booked so cannot tell more but it is an option to those who organize their Iran travel spontaneously and haven't booked one before. One technical remark, as in most of Iranian houses and even hotels, the bed is very hard.
