  We absolutely loved having Phil stay with our family. From the moment he arrived he made himself at home and fit in. It was like he had always been here and was one of the clan. Phil is an incredibly positive, well mannered and respectful young man who doesn’t mind a yarn and some banter. It was a privilege to have been able to visit Phil during one of his baseball games and we are sure he will go a long way with the attitude that he shows in everything that he does. We were privileged also to meet his wonderful family and spend time with them as they explored the sites of Perth. We will miss Phil greatly but know that we have a friend that we can connect with despite the miles we are apart. Go well Phil and in your own words- ‘be the best version of you that you can be!’ From the crazy Bartell clan, Ruby and Jasper
