  I wish I could make it 100 hearts.
  What a delightful little lass Charlotte is. Always smiling, patient with us when on the odd occasion we couldn’t quite understand each other. We found Charlotte to be quiet, tidy, respectful and grateful. What a treasure to have in our house.
