I'm 64; I don't smoke at all and drink very little these days, perhaps a glass of wine or beer once a month! I'm keen on keeping healthy and enjoy outdoor activities like walking, cycling, swimming...I also do yoga. I'm not at all techie & no time to upload a proper photo of me - I'm the one in the middle with henna'ed red hair and sun shades! I'm mostly vegetarian, sometimes vegan, although I have been known to eat fish as well! When I'm travelling I look for privacy, a few home comforts e.g. heating in winter, but mainly just a quiet space and a comfortable bed between 11ish pm and 7 - 8 am I guess. I love cats but am a bit wary of dogs. I also love gardens and nature, being a keen environmentalist. I do enjoy music, mainly folk, rock, jazz, World and classical, but of course I wouldn't play loud music in your home...I also like reading in the evenings. Of course, a hot shower or bath is always welcome as well.
