Unfortunately, PCELtd is the agency that does the booking, so you don't actually know who is coming to stay because they don't have the decency to let you know. I had to phone the number supplied and get the details of the guest. I had to text Omed to let him know what time I'd be home as he didn't have my details. He is a family man who is best suited to stay with families and not single women. There were a few cultural clashes between me and Omed so I had to remind him that respect goes both ways. I wasn't happy with a few liberties that he also took. He left the room in a good state.
