Charlotte is a polite, brave, and smart woman. She was very clear and quick to book for the initial reservation. The communication online was very smooth. She seemed to enjoy Tokyo a lot with her daily plans. She used the room very cleanly and respectfully. I highly recommend her as a guest. ^^
