  Nancy was quiet and very friendly when I spoke to her. I was really pleased to have someone to practice spanish with and I made sure the TV was working as there was some technical challenge I fixed promptly. She needs to pay attention and understand how to communicate with her hosts. I gave her options to communicate even to ring a doorbell to get me in a moment's notice and not to communicate using a certain platform preferring the homestay app but she used it anyway and then gave me a less than stellar review telling me she could not reach me when I was there for her in any moment by phone call/text/homestay message and a doorbell on my unit door. I wish that there was better communication/understanding.
