This guest did not contact us via the Homestay website (indeed when she messaged me on my personal phone she did not use the same name as is registered on the Homestay website, and neither did she mention she was a Homestay guest - which meant that we didn't realise it was her!) thus we were left wondering whether she would come. This not only meant that we had to wait up at night checking our Homestay inbox, it also meant that she blocked our space without paying! She did not pay us.
