I am a French teacher for foreigners, I like to welcome foreign people who are interested in French culture, language and civilization.
French lessons are payable locally but must be booked in advance: 10 lessons = €200
Program of the different courses, on request.
I cook if people ask for it.
4 MEAL FORMULAS.
1. Full board: French breakfast + lunch + dinner. price: 22€
2. Half board: French breakfast + dinner. price: 15€
3. French breakfast + 1 "snack" (salad, croque monsieur, etc.) to take away or on site. Price: €9
4.The continental breakfast consists of the French breakfast + cereals, fruit juice, fruit, pastries, cold cuts and cheese.Price: €13
French breakfast is included. It is very light, consisting of a hot drink (tea or coffee), bread, butter and jam.
The cuisine is balanced and made with organic products as much as possible.
People who have not booked a meal are not allowed to use the kitchen and the refrigerator.
Access to the washing machine is authorized for stays of more than 15 days.
To make a reservation: You must first book the accommodation then book the meal and course options Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation notice as well as the bank details, in order to validate your reservation.
You must pay 20% at registration and the rest when you want but imperatively before entering the house.
Only the balance of the lessons can be paid on site.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
REGULATION
This is a homestay room. You have access to your room in the bathroom and garden. The rest of the house is occupied by myself to live there and to exercise my activity as a teacher (I therefore receive students who stay or not)
The use of the kitchen is not allowed nor the use of the refrigerator
however you have the possibility to book meals (lunch or dinner including an appetizer, a dish, a dessert, 1/2 decanter of wine and coffee) everything is cooked on site, homemade with fresh produce and usually organic
Concerning the maintenance of the premises:
Air the room, leave it in order, do not hang wet clothes in the room, do not hang anything on the curtain rod, pack shoes or dirty clothes to avoid odors,
Do not use any products (nail polish, ink, oil, cosmetics, colored drinks etc.)) on bedding
You are not allowed to eat in the room, the picnic is not allowed in the house
It is forbidden to smoke in the house as well as in the garden.
Respect the neighborhood and the occupants of the house, noise is therefore to be avoided.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Please note that we ask our guests to PAY IN ADVANCE before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal.
The bank details will be communicated to you by email
THE ENTRY IN THE PLACES CAN NOT BE MADE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that our guests inform us of any cancellations at least 10 days before the start of the stay. Cancellations we receive later than 10 days before the start of the reservation will unfortunately not be refundable.

My experience in Annie s house has been really good. Annie was very kind and nice with me in giving me all types of information I needed to spend my holiday in the best way... How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
