Private room in a beautiful bourgeois house with garden, very quiet.
Private part: a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, Internet wifi.
Common parts :
• a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, kettle, toaster) overlooking the garden.
• A shower room + WC
All in a nice neat setting. The house has been renovated: it has retained all its old features (stone wall, high ceilings) and is equipped with all modern comforts to welcome you.
A beautiful location well served by tram C and D a few stops from the most popular sites in the city (the Quays, place de la Bourse, rue Sainte Catherine, place des Quinconces).
Easy access with all transport at 700m: tram, bus, TGV, TER and connection with the airport.
Good to know: I am a 37-year-old active young person. I live in the house (in another room, so only the kitchen and bathroom are to be shared).
