We live in rural Morbihan just outside Naizin. I am a sculptor/Artist and moved here a year ago. We have our main house a traditional 2 bed Breton Longere and a recently refurbished traditional rural gite that's fully working with everything a home needs for a comfortable stay. It's warm and cozy and offers a beautiful lounge traditional breton fireplace and kitchen adjoined with superior double room (king size bed) and fantastic bathroom with double walk in shower toilet etc.
The local artisan baker is a three minute drive into Naizin which also boasts of a La Poste, Butchers, Unisex Hair dressers and of course its own parmacy and Eglise. Locmine 15 mins, Moreac 10 mins and Vannes city to the south 35mins. Where the beaches are in Gulf of Morbihan and the hundred little islands.
The Medevil city of Pontivy lies to the north 15 mins and Jossilin to the east 15 mins
Apart from speaking French and English we can manage Spanish and German also. One thing we we can offer you is a very quiet, private and peaceful time.

About the Area
Our gite is locate 15mins south of Pontivy Centre. Houehdeu is a small collection of house two in all both are ours. We are north of Vannes City by 35mins. we lye between locmine and pontivy...the local town has butchers two very good bakers with veg stalls etc. a pharmacy a good Bar La Baladin with great coffee everything you would expect from a rural village.

Use the home as it were yours. Please dont smoke there are large private gardens for this. Pets are taken in on special enquiry. Please maintain the standard we have set internally. Apart from all that you have to relax and enjoy your stay/vaccation

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
