Old Parisian homecoming, we met at the beginning of our 15 years and never left us.
That's 9 years that we arrived with our two daughters in the valley of the lot and the vineyards of Cahors. history lovers, old stones and gastronomy we made ours a quote that André Breton has called on the Lot: "I stopped wish me elsewhere."
We were looking for a large family house, history imprint, where we can accommodate people passing and families cozy quest to find ... it's ameillée, the old lady of the eighteenth and nineteenth century, on the heights of the medieval town of Puy l'Eveque who chose us to take care of it.
We both work outside during the day but are excited to share with our guests in the evening or during breakfast.
We occasionally host table based on availability.
We do not share our kitchen but you have a fridge and microwave available, as well as the barbecue.

I enjoyed a nice stay with Olivia at Puy- L'evoque. She and her family are very hospitable and helpful and the accommodation itself was spacious including my own lounge, bathroom and even kitchen facilities. Puy- L'evoque is a pretty relaxing little village with plenty of character and well supplied with a variety of restaurants. The adjoining countryside is beautiful and ideal for walking, rambling or cycling. The nearby town of Cahors, where there is an outdoor market every Saturday, is also worth a visit.

We spent a full month with this lovely family in a great small town in the south of France. They were wonderful hosts and offered much information on places to see, things to do. We had some dinners with them as well - great fun - and also enjoyed meeting other (French) people staying with Olivia and David and their two daughters. Everyone was helpful and patient in teaching us a little French.
Puy L'Evêque is a great base from which to visit picturesque towns and medieval castles and churches and also the town of Cahors, and it is situated in Cahors vineyards extending 25 miles along the river Lot, with perhaps a hundred small wineries to visit. Puy L'Evêque has a weekly market, a boucherie, 3 boulangeries, a grocery, a Supermarché, and several restaurants and is also on Grand Randonnée and Petite Randonnée hiking trails, so small but with many conveniences. It's on a steep hill right on the river Lot, also good for daily walks. We hope to return someday.Host reply
