2개의 피아노 연습실은 오전 9시부터 오후 9시까지 사용할 수 있습니다 (BECHSTEIN(그랜드) 피아노 1실, 일
반 피아노 1실).
큰 석조건물에 넓은 정원이 있으며 자연경관도 뛰어나고 공기도 깨끗합니다.
자전거도 쓸 수 있습니다. 베를린 시내 중심가와 공항과도 가까워서 이동하기도 편리합니다. 남베를린에서 베를린
중심까지 직통으로 연결되는 S2(그린라인) 근처에 위치하고 있습니다.
게다가 한국인 학생 전용입니다. 미테는 밤미테입니다(인터넷,물,하이쭝,안멜둥)
집에 방은 총 6개 방이 있고 지금 가능한 방이 3개 가능한데 이인실 하나랑 일인실 하나 가능합니다. 총 3개!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
