I stayed at Chris' apartment for seven nights in the beginning of October 2019.
Chris is a quiet and non-intrusive host. His apartment is on the 5th floor. It is clean and airy. Even though it is in the heart of the city, one can hardly hear the noises coming from the streets below.
The apartment is only a 3-minute walk to the Oktogon metro station and a 15-minute walk to the bus stop where one can catch the 100E to the airport for 900 HUF.
There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood It is also close to a lot of tourist attractions.
The Liszt Academy is only a 5-minute walk away. I attended two concerts in the evening. Leaving the Academy around 10:00 p.m. to walk back to Chris' apartment posed no uneasy feelings because it's a safe and busy neighbourhood.
I enjoyed my stay at Chris' apartment and would recommend it to other visitors.September 2019
The gentleman's owner is very eager to assist all the needs of the passengers. The very warm apartment environment can cook food. The traffic in the city center is very convenient and extends in all directions. It is a very good choice.

Our stay was ok. Ramtin kindly proposed to welcome us at another place as the advertised flat was unavailable for 1 night. Its location was great as close to the Danube.
We were warmly welcomed and the bed worries encountered solved very quickly. Overall a pleasant stay. We recommend this lodger.April 2017
We enjoyed so much while we were at Ramtin' s home in the city. It has great view, and there is a nice park near to this lovely apartment. It is a very good and safe neighborhood! Ramtin's parents are so welcoming and hospitable. And Nahid, the mom of Ratmin is a great and fast cook! We appreciate very much their hospitality and love, and we felt sad as we said goodbye! We love them, and have missed them! We spent only three days with Ramtin and his family, but we felt that we had known them for a long time, and part of the family! We are sure that we will come and visit them again!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
