This place where I stay is surrounded with a lot of greenery among which my apartment stands. A three bedroom apartment with attached balcony for a good view all around.The place is ideal for relaxing a bit away from the hustle n bustle of the city but a very cozy and homely 3 bedroom apartment. My family stays with me here in this apartment. The ambience gives a very soothing and relaxing feeling.Merely, within reach all means of transport available and all hospitals , shopping complexes just a few miles away!

About the Area
Our place is located on the north side of the city in quiet n serene place. We are just 7kms away from the airport. A ll major cabs ply here from Ola and Huber to Airport Taxis. The bus stop stands just 2 minutes away from the complex. The buses ply every 5mns from here towards the city.
This area has hospitals n medical shops within the reach. It is surrounded by a lot of shops, restaurants, hotels and resorts, cafes and shopping complexes all close by. A very calm and quiet place surrounded by lush green trees.

House Rules
I want the guests to be decent enough and maintain discipline.Since it is family staying together I would not like my guests to drink and smoke here.Overall i need to be informed if my guests are coming home late as need to be there to welcome my guests back home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
