A very neat, airy and well lit house in the residential area of Gurgaon. It is half a Km from Medanta Hospital(Medicity) and about a Km from NH-8. Third floor of the house is for HOMESTAY guests. It's an independent floor with a separate entrance/exit, equipped with all the modern ameneties like Air Conditioning, Hot Water system, Television, Refrigerator, cooking Range apart from beds, sofas, cabinets. There are three bedrooms with two single beds/one double bed in each room. Out of three rooms, two bedrooms have attached bathrooms and third bedroom has a shared bathroom. There is a sitting area in the centre with couches and chairs to relax and interact or to watch TV. There is also an independent kitchen which guests can use as per their requirement.

About the Area
The house is in the centre of the city, located near National Highway. The area is well planned with wide, well lit roads and facilities like shopping complex, hospitals, parks etc. Airport is 15 Kms and Metro Train system is about 4 Km. Approach to the house is either through NH-8 or through Sohna Road.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please understand the following:
1. Keep the room/kitchen/lounge area clean. This is for yours as well as others happy, healthy living.
2. North Indian cuisine can be provided to the guests on prior information.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Extra guests are allowed only with prior notice and additional charges will be levied.
5. Music is allowed as long as it is not disturbing others/neighbours.
6. Room cleaning facility is provided to the guests at a nominal charge of Rs.75/- per room per day.
7. Laundry facility is also there on request.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
