Our house is located in a peaceful area having 5 bed rooms with attached bath . It is in heart of the city. I am a working women live with my husband in the same house who is a senior Govt. Officer. We both have traveled several countries for pleasure. We have one de lux bed room in the 2nd floor with attached bath and small kitchen. One made servant also stay with us who look after our house and our pet dog .We have huge drawing and living area where guests are welcome to hang around in the living room,dinning and kitchen areas . From balcony and terrace guest can have lovely view of the city . We can speak English an hindi . We provide complementary breakfast for the guest for first day rent guest have to prepare themselves.
Secondly guest have to pay electricity charges @Rs.8/- per unit extra for the unit they have consumed. For that we have installed separate meter where guest can monitor your consumption.

About the Area
Our house is in quite area with friendly neighborhood. It is just 25 km away from Airport and 7 km away from Train station . Bus stoppage is just 5 mins walk . local radio taxi and auto available on call. Markets are also near by . It is just 1 hour drive to Pobitora century where you can see Assam famous one horn Rhino and two hour journey to Shillong (Hill station)

I had a wonderful stay with Rohima. She and her family are very helpful and welcoming. The room is very spacious and well maintained. There is small kitchen attached which is great to prepare your own food. The home is very conveniently located in the city. Had a great time!!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
