Our family lives on the two storied house in a quiet lane next to the busy main street. The house is an oasis of greenery with a quaint, peaceful ambiance. We live on the first floor. Entire ground floor has five guest rooms, each with a toilet en suite. All rooms are air conditioned or heated according to the time of the year. We provide all amenities in the room and bathroom. The kitchen is accessible to guests for cooking or storing food in the refrigerator. There is an indoor lounge and an outdoor sit out patio. The house is within walking distance of shops, popular restaurants, major tourist attractions, all kinds of transport, gardens, movie halls and malls.

About the Area
Our house is located just off the busy main street in the city center of Jaipur. It is a safe part of the city called C-Scheme. We are 5 min walk to many popular restaurants, post office, tourist center, ATMs, Movie halls, Malls and grocery shop. The railway station is just 1.5, so is the bus station. The airport is 12 km away. The nearest tourist attraction, Hawa mahal is around 4 km away, a 15 min walk through the old city. Transport (autos, tuk tuk and rickshaw) is available on the main street near the house at all times.

House Rules
We do not allow smoking in rooms but there is no problem to smoke in the outdoor area. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Also we request our guests to open their shoes at the entrance.

Amita runs an excellent homestay, the place is pristine and Amita is very keen that you should enjoy your stay and is helpful in finding what you'd like to see and how to get there. She has a good relationship with taxi and tuk tuk drivers who know where to go and best of all where her home stay is so you can get 'home' reliably. I found her to be an excellent host and anyone should find staying there a pleasure

Amita has a lovely bed and breakfast in a great location in Jaipur. The facilities were newer, and we were able to use the washing machine and dryer for our clothes! Amita spent a great deal of time on the phone helping our taxi driver find the accommodation (it was pouring rain when we arrived). We felt very comfortable in the space.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
