This is a large heritage villa placed in seven kanals and surrounded with green lawns and deep verandas. Offers you peace and nature in the midst of a city. Within 500 metres of a shopping mall, cinemas and daily needs. Perfect for small family functions.( Extra charges). We do not let out single rooms so the rentals are for the entire villa.

We are privileged to have you with us and will do our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we can.

Requests
It is a legal requirement to hand over copies of your passports (all members) when you check in.
A refundable/ adjustable deposit of Rs.8000 is to be made against possible damages to the property before checking in.
No additional guests may be hosted in the house overnight except the checked in guests.
A charge of Rs.600 per bed is charged for any extra beds/guests beyond six guests. Children below 12 years of age may share the double beds in the bedrooms without extra charges.
Bed sheets and towels are changed every third day.
Kindly help us conserve water resources by using water and electricity judiciously. Water tables in Punjab are depleting alarmingly.
Electricity charges are very high. Do switch off all electrical appliances when you leave the house.
Please lock your valuables in the cupboards and hand over the house key to me whenever you go out.
In case of a medical emergency, a senior doctor is available for consultation.
The dog on the premises is called Zorro. He is a friendly dog, but do not try to touch or feed him.

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
