Experience lip-smacking authentic Bengali food while enjoying tranquility and fresh oxygen-rich air filled with bird songs in extended Kolkata, well connected by buses, railway & metro.
2 Bedrooms are available - one with king size bed and another with Indian style foldable bedding, while others are for the use of my family members - my lovely wife(a cooking enthusiast), my cute daughter and my sweet dad who is a pillar of strength to me.
We love reading books &- you can read books spanning genres like graphic novels, autobiography, history, culture, literature, art, etc. many of which hard to get.
English,Hindi & Bengali is spoken and understood.

About the Area
Our house is located in Paschim Boalia, Garia, Rajpur-Sonarpur, Kolkata - 700084 (landmark - Boalia Yuva Sangha) which is just 40 minutes from the city center while being well connected by buses, railway(nearest railway station is Garia Station which is 5 minutes walking distance from our home & falls in the southern section of Sealdah Railway Division & is accessible by the following local trains - Sonarpur local, Baruipur local, Namkhana local, Canning local, Diamond Harbour local, Laxmikantapur local) & metro(Kavi Subhash Metro Station) as well as by Ola/Uber, but without the cacophony of vehicles and air pollution of the city.
Airport is at a distance of 26 km, most of which being state highway one can easily whizz past the traffic.
Chintamani Kar Bird Sanctuary being very near our home, one can see lots of birds all year round. Sea lover's can explore quiet riverine beaches which are easily accessible by public transport from our home.
Foodies can eat variety of mouth-watering kebabs, biryani, panipuri & sweets to their hearts delight.

House Rules
1) Responsible Drinking is okay but if you can't handle alcohol, then kindly refrain from indulging while in the house.
2) You're expected to return within 11 p.m.. If you'll be late for any reason, please inform beforehand as otherwise the gate's are locked at 11 p.m.
3) If you eat beef, you are requested to kindly do that outside the house and not bring any food item containing it inside.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
