No smoking/drinking: As our home is a family-oriented space, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol within the premises. We appreciate your understanding in creating a healthy and smoke-free environment for everyone.
No outsiders allowed: To ensure the privacy and security of all our guests, we kindly request that only registered guests are permitted within the premises. This policy helps maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment.
No prostitution or related activities: Our home upholds high moral standards and we strictly prohibit any form of illegal or inappropriate activities, including prostitution. We appreciate your respect for our values and the well-being of our family and other guests.
No cooking after 10 PM: We kindly ask you to finish your all cooking activities latest by 10PM. Post that you may heat milk or make tae/coffee.
No noise after 11 PM: We kindly ask for your consideration regarding noise levels, particularly after 11 PM. As we have young children and other families residing nearby, maintaining a serene and peaceful environment during sleeping hours is greatly appreciated.
Prohibited activities: We kindly request that all activities and behavior within our premises align with those expected at a family home. Any activity that disrupts the comfort, safety, or well-being of our family or other guests is strictly prohibited.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
