Rs 10000/night for weekdays, Rs 12000/night for weekends & holidays for upto 10 people.
Rs 500/night per extra person.

Hot breakfast and meals freshly made by our cook in the attached vegetarian kitchen. Non-Veg Meals can be ordered from various restaurants , Zomato, etc.

A cosy cottage conveniently located amidst beautiful natural greenery with mountain and lake views. Located within Eagle's Nest Private Estate (5 acres) with 360° mountain top panoramic views of Krishna River Valley, Dhom Dam, Balkhavadi Dam, Mahu Dam, Panchgani town, Tableland & Sydney Point. It's surrounded by natural greenery and strawberry fields.

Breakfast & Meals can be prepared by our cook, if informed well in advance. Non-veg food is strictly not permitted to be cooked in the provided cottage kitchen.
Non veg can be ordered from our seperate on-site kitchen or from outside.
Any kind of drugs, psychotropic substances not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cigarette Smoking allowed only in the outdoors or balcony.
Only social & responsible drinking allowed within the guest room or balcony. No alcohol binging or rave party allowed.
Any damage to the appliances, kitchen items, linen, furnishings, upholstery, room items or interior/ exterior of property will be recovered from the guests.
Soft Music/dancing/ partying allowed in your room/balcony as long as it is not loud & disturbing to the neighbours.
Confirmed bookings are not refundable or transferable to other dates or individuals.
Only for Families, Couples, Ladies groups. Stags not allowed.
Drivers can be accommodated in a seperate room for Rs. 1000/night
Pets allowed only with prior permission from the management. Pet policy with additional charges, T & C Apply.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
