House Rules
• Please bring your necessary medicines with you because sometimes special brands or specific types of medicines are not available in the local market. Apart from this, the market is located at a distance of 6 kilometers from here.
• Please bring your own toiletries.
• Please do not walk alone outside the property in the evening after sunset because sometimes leopards are also seen.
• You are welcome to enjoy a smoke on the Veranda.
• The property has stairs.
• We open to the great outdoors in the lap of the forest. Birds of many colours and hues, monkeys, cows, pine martins, cats, community dogs, foxes and the leopard and bugs are residents of the area long before we came by. Please keep the door locked at night.
• We urge you to avoid wearing overly trendy clothes that reveal too much of your body. Because of being close to the forest, there are many types of insects which sometimes cause allergies on the skin. Apart from this, since it is a rural environment, it can be difficult for the residents here to adjust with ultra-modern clothes. If you are dressed differently then they may stare at you. Jeans-t-shirt type clothes are good.
• Do not use abusive words.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
