Hey, welcome to Iran. I speak English and French. Your place is a clean, tidy and comfort room with Wi-Fi access for you to stay. Your bed is exactly next to a double glazed window and you have a good view of outside and enough sunlight without annoying noises from outside. The floor is so clean that reflex the light of lamps. ;) you know, cuz actually our apartment is brand new.
When you're living with us you can eat with us Iranian foods that we cook ourselves. Also when I had time we can hangout and I'll show you parts of the city. I live with my parents and my younger brother. You will be another brother or a sister of mine while you're here. :)
OK I don't wanna talk more, so you don't hesitate to contact me to talk about more details. :)
BY THE WAY... don't hesitate to ask any question you have... even if you're Not gonna stay in my place... you are Welcome in all ways, because when you are in IRAN you are my guest anyway. :)

Our house is only 4 minutes walk far from metro station. It's only 15 minutes drive far frome an airport. Also you have access to everything because it's in one the biggest and most important streets of Tehran. There's loads of variable shops just close to our place.

House Rules
First of all... Welcome to my city. :) please read the following demands and consider them.
1.Please don't use shoes on the floor (clean shoes are allowed).
2. You can use tools like hairdryer, iron, and even an strong computer in case of need. And even playing video games can be fun sometimes. ;)
3. Your room will clean every 2 days. But please try to keep it clean as your home.
4. You'll be a family member for us and respect you so much, so you'll be expected to do same. :)
5. You can use kitchen. But clean it up after use please.
..... even if you don't book my room I'm still open to answer your questions. So do not hesitate to contact. Cuz when you are in Iran, you are my guest anyway. ;)

Ahmad and his family are welcoming and friendly. Got some recipe from his gf from my favorite Iranian dish and got a few tricks to cook too. Ahmad was available for my questions before and during the trip. Location is quite too! Near by metro station and the flat us cozy and clean. Mamnun Ahmad!!!

Ahmad was a great host. The room is quite small and cluttered, but the apartment's location, so close to the metro, is ideal. Ahmad was extremely helpful in answering questions and offering advice and showed me good places to eat in the neighbourhood and near the Bazaar. His parents, though they speak no English, are lovely and kind. if you are happy with a small room, I completely recommend this place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
