Ani House offers you great facilities like a 5 stars hotel but at a significant lower price.
My education is a master's degree in welding engineering and my wife also holds a master's degree in industry engineering.
We have a 10-year-old girl who can speak the English language.
Ani House is a 156 Square meters apartment which has three bedrooms. The bedroom contains 1 double bed; extra mattresses are in the dresser. Line and towels are included. The kitchen is well equipped washing machine available. Other facilities include: air-condition, free Wi-Fi, hot water, free tea. This Apartment has two toilets, two bathrooms, a large living room, a big American kitchen. We have private rooms, which are ideal for couples. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary to ensure a great stay to the guests and travellers. In addition, we have some common areas where they can enjoy our facilities and our services.
Almost everything you want could be possible, just tell me what you I need will do my best for your pleasure, safety and comfort. By the way don't be worried about transportation; I'm here to help you.

Nice and Cooperative Person, My stay was like Home

We had a great time with Rouhollah and his lovely familly. We had a warm welcome and they helped us lot to get around Tehran. You will get a very nice taste of the iranian hospitality by staying with them. The appartment is perfect and so are the breakfast. We had a lot of great conversations together. I would definitely stay there again when i'll comme back to Tehran.

Rouhalla & family really made me feel like a family in Tehran, his apartment is big and close to a couple of malls. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend his place whenever somebody is staying in Tehran.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
