I am a marketing specialist. My brothers and I use the apartment for work and living and rent for tourists. My brother is an architect. We are very interested in getting acquainted with new friends from different countries and cultures. Iranians are kind people. You will never forget Iranian food. We advise you to stay comfortable, visit the spectacular places of the city, travel around the city and out of town and we will cook for you Iranian cuisine.
If you are interested in fully owning the apartment, you can rent an apartment for $ 50 per night. The apartment is suitable for 4 people.

About the Area
This apartment is recently renovated based on modern concept in consider to have better function in all aspects. It`s design and execute by a young experienced architect and designer. Modern objects in combination with Iranian motifs and elements are used in this project witch you could find those mainly in ceramic tiles of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We also used from famous European brands in choosing chandeliers, Philips and Eglo, the lighthouse has been bout from “My Home” shopping center in Duabai. Lamps with different Kelvins suitable for different function of spaces, curtains are carefully selected, sanitary tiles are made of China with beautiful and stylish Iranian sanitary wares, floor is covered by wooden laminate in harmony with curtain rods, tables and other wooden elements of the area which created a warm friendly atmosphere for the apartment.
In the kitchen optimum use of space is a plus beside using modern harmonized elements such as ceramic tiles, cabinet, counter, adjustable chairs, chandelier, shelfs and curtain.
Rest room; two rest room located in the plan, one Western toilet with shower in the bedroom another eastern toilet with big mirror and a big sanitary tile in the saloon.
Study Area; is located beside the saloon behind the kitchen which has its own bookshelf and table with specific lighting and color background for the back wall.
About the Building:
One of the best locations in the center of Tehran, Yusef Abad, Farhang Sq, which is great location for different reasons; convenient in transportation, very close to different type of shopping centers, different type of restaurants (food delivery restaurant are very close), with easy access to main roads and high ways of Tehran. 15-minute walking to metro station and 2-minute walking to Bus and Taxi station.
The building is very clean and quit while whole the apartments are about 80 sqm and neighbors are maximum 2persons who are mainly out during the day.
This building has a caretaker who make the building clean and take care of security and other necessary services.

Hooman was easy to communicate , he picked us up from airport with a warm welcome. Hooman’s place was clean, modern and beautiful in excellent location with easy access. Hooman and Hessam ( his brother) always make sure we have everything and help us with local information. They gave us great suggestions for food , transport and attractions . Made us experience as a local. They bought us different sweets to try, took us to bakery and were always happy to help. Their hospitality was beyond expectation. Although they were always wirhin reach to help us , they also respect our privacy and we have the home to ourselves. Totally recommended , you ll have fun .
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
