This is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. My son recently moved out and now one room is available for guests. This apartment is on the first floor and is located in a complex called "Hormozan" with 24/7 guards at the main entrance and lobby. The apartment is located in the North-West part of Tehran called "Shahrak-e Gharb". I love natural light and my apartment has a lot of that with big windows facing the back yard of the complex. The back-yard or I should say the center-yard is very huge with lots of green areas, basketball field, football filed, playgrounds and it is shared between about 10 apartment buildings.

About the Area
The area is cool, safe and relatively affluent. All buildings have 24/7 guards at the main entrance and their lobbies. Shahrak-e Gharb is known for areas dedicated to houses/mansions, high-rises and small local parks located in wide and spacious streets. There are many shopping malls and hospitals in this neighborhood and it has one of the best access to some of Tehran's major freeways. My apartment is just walking distance to the main square of this neighborhood called "San'at" where you can find buses and taxis to almost anywhere in Tehran and Metro station is under construction.

House Rules
You have to take your shoes off at the main door so no shoes inside the apartment. No pet and no smoking. Also make sure you clean after either kitchen or bathroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
